That morning when I arrived the victory liner station,the conductor let me get up the bus after he checked my ticket,then when the bus was on the way ，he said I needed to add extra money because the bus was class one,I accepted it passively and gladly,this class one bus is really impressive.quick and comfortable.

1. The 12Go voucher prints the wrong address for the boarding point. 712 Epifano de los Santos is the wrong address. 2. Why did 12Go charge me for insurance when I did not order insurance. 3. The 12Go voucher does a very poor job in explaining that the passenger has to go to the ticket booth to get the actual ticket.

The bus has no WiFi. Only a pre-loaded movie was seen. Though arrived destination earlier than expected...it was fast. Was expecting a better bus next time, like the 1st one I boarded for 1st class last Dec. 29, 2025. Being 1st class at that bus was not at all 1st class coz we paid for that kind of service with WiFi.

My online booking was not realized as the bus company decided to make us 'chance passengers' in another bus with no reserved seats. Also, the P2P options in the online booking platform was only for Cubao-Baguio route, so even if we were to alight at Carmen, Rosales, I opted to purchase the Cubao-Baguio trip as Iwe thought there will be a large number of passengers on the day of our intended travel. Anyways there is a chance that the bus will stop over at Carmen to let us get off. The ticketing staff at the terminal also told me to just tell the conductor that we will be getting off in Carmen. We were told that the bus we boarded will not enter Carmen so we had to get off near the toll gate at the Rosales exit. In fairness, the dispatcher and the bus driver and conductor were kind enough to extend their help to us, seeing that we were not properly informed that our reserved trip is not going to materialize. (they said the bus employees will be going home too for the New Year's eve so the bus we boarded was the last trip to Baguio). As senior citizens, this was so disappointing because we thought the extra pesos we paid for the Cubao Carmen trip would have been a gain for the company but alas, we almost didn't make it home for new year's eve.
