The time schedule from BTS to Dungun is 0600. However, bus arrival around 0430. I have slept that passed the bus stop and arrival final distinction around 0600 outside Tenggenru 100km. Then it is so terrible that to take the other transport back to Dungun.

Excellent experience, we took the night bus to Kuala Besut and then took a morning boat at 9am to reach the Perentian Islands. The good thing about the night bus is that you don't waste your day. The bus is very spacious, so you can lie down just like in a bed, but don't forget to bring warm pants and a jacket, as the air-conditioning is on full blast.
