Jeanene GIt was a good trip in a very clean and comfortable bus that had beautiful window coverings, something we don’t see in Australia. My only complaint is that when I made the booking somehow I got roped into a very costly 24 hour insurance that I didn’t need as I already had travel insurance from home. So travellers beware of this when booking bus tickets

David HScheduled bus 1 hour late, was transferred to another bus which was full. Slow 2.5 hour day trip due to traffic. Bus fitted with curtains which were all closed, very claustrophobic.
