When we entered the bus we put our 2 luggage in the luggage space under the bus. When we left the bus one of the luggage was gone. The bus driver didn't care and told us to go he has to leave. He did not even get out of the bus to have a look on the luggage. We checked the cameras and no one of the other passangers took our bag so it must be the driver or someone around the bus. We tried to call the company 100 times but no one responded. I asked another driver of the company for help he shouted at me and told me to leave... Cheap bus but would not recommend the risk. Company really suspicions.

Bus was clean and driver safe, but our bus was “delayed” for half an hour and were sent on the next one. It was weird that we kept our seats on the following bus… It really seemed as if our bus had just sold a couple of tickets and so we were relocated on the next one. Would have been nice to get an email or a text message notifying the change

While the bus arrived on time and was very comfortable, the A/C vent above my head had the part missing that allows you to close the vent. Because of this I had to sit for 2.5 hours with freezing cold air blasting on my head. Had this not have happened I would have given 5 Stars but the journey was unbearable because of it.

The seat was broken so had to remain in a reclined position, the a/c vent was also broken so blasted with cold air throughout. Otherwise convenient and on time.
