Slightly delayed departure. Very delayed arrival. Could have been foreseen and communicated I guess due to Diwali weekend blos not really influencing overall score. Negative: driver started smoking for a few minutes and inwas sitting directly behind him. This was unpleasant.

The bus was late for more than 1 hour without any information on how long the delay would be. The employee in the KL station finally said that the bus has been in the station already but the driver was taking his time probably enjoying his lunch while the rest of us wait uninformed. The worse was that the driver dropped us off in Malacca outside of the station giving good chance for taxi drivers to ambush us and chase us. It took us a very long time with 3 big bags in scorching heat to make our way to the station entrance to be able order Grab. Very bad experience overal despite the smooth trip itself.
