The driver seems to do a race and arrived 90 minutes earlier in KL. At every stop no matter which time he turns on the lights immediately. The WiFi didn't work and some of the charge places too.

Bus was new, clean and spacious but for the first 2 hours it stops every 15 minutes to pickup people in different places. So you cannot sleep because you are continuously woke up by lights and people. But overall it’s a good transport.

It was INCREDIBLY COLD on the bus. Like the driver thought we were pieces of chicken in a fridge or something? The AC was blasting for 9 hours straight, relentlessly, taking away all warmth. It couldn't have been more than 15°C in there, there was permanent condensation on the windows. Several people complained to the driver but nothing changed. Also half the passengers were sick, coughing and sneezing the whole time without covering their mouths. I have a cold now because of this. The driver also drove unsafely, the whole bus shook and waved from side to side constantly. Other than that the bus was punctual, the seats were comfortable, and it was all right. But I can't give more than 2 stars, it was definitely the worst bus ride of my life, and I travel a lot.

Paid extra for special service which I didn't get. Missed my stop at KL as we reached there 2 hours earlier and I was sleeping. Had to take a taxi back to KL. Besides this it was good.
