Koh Samet to Bangkok Destination Reviews

GM
We were the last persons who enterd the minibus and there were only two narrow seats, as for children, in the 6th row , free for us. We are tall and old people and it was horrible for us to stay there for 3,5 hours. Not a good expirience.

I booked the minibus, was put on a big bus that took 4 hours and avoided the highway. I am really mad about this. Fraud

Our trip from Bangkok to Koh Samet was fine. We booked ferry and bus. Back to Bangkok we booked and payed more for speedboat and van incl. luggage. Unfortunately the van was the same kind of bus as the trip out and we had to pay ekstra for luggage. No need to pay ekstra for a van when we got a busride wich would have cost less to book. But we came from a to b though!

It is not indicated on the app that we had to wait 40mins on the pier from the arrival of the spped boat and the departure of the bus. Also, they tried to make me pay twice for the ticket.
