We had 2 suitcases of less than 10 kg and they charged us 200 bath according to (LEI) they were extra. Speedboat ok. Bus ko. All other travellers with 12GO SEM VERY GOOD.

Row 4 (right side) on the minibus is much smaller than other seats. One person would easily fit into 1.5 seats on that row and the other person would only fit half the seat, yet the provider is selling that row as two seats. Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately those were the only seats available for us.
