We checked in with a lovely lady at the pier who helped us by letting us use her personal hot spot to download our ticket when our eSIM connection didn’t work.
The captain of the boat runs a transfer service and we were able to order a transfer in a minivan from the pier to the airport for 500 baht for two people. They also do transfer to hotels in the Phuket area if needed. The van left as soon as we got to the pier and was relatively comfortable, albeit a little cramped. We had two large suitcases and a large duffel and were able to fit all of our luggage. Had other passagers had similar amounts of luggage it could have been a problem though.
The ferry arrived at Rassada at 5 rather than 4, but that is to be expected. All in all a good experience.

Molly GThis is super easy to do and very reliable! The ferry leaves exactly on time so do not be late, but very easy to navigate and lots of room, hotel transfer took about 1 hour in rush hour traffic but was comfortable and took us straight to where we were staying
