Martha I liked how communication operator was responsive, helpful, when I didn't pick up the phone called me 3 times throughout 1.5 hours to make sure I get in touch on WhatsApp and was nice talking to.
And the driver was nice too. And it was really good van with soft leather sits and I sat in the rear, and I could tilt my sit backwards almost to laying down position with plenty of space for my legs. And I arrived even a bit earlier than expected.
