basically the van was oversold and had to get on 3 different vans to get back and added 3 hours to the trip. but the employees were very helpful with helping us get to where we needed to go

Very clear check in at the pier - they give you a sticker to help show staff where you are going so they can point you to correct transfer, and clear photo/marker on where to meet the bus after the ferry. Bus ran on time and driver friendly. One stop about 25 mins in at dedicated services then 2.5 hours straight in bus. Bumpy road but that’s not company fault.

Everything was exactly as agreed, they contacted us the day before with all instructions and picked us from the ferry to bring us perfectly on time to Ao Nam Mao Pier, the van was comfortable and the drive was quick and safe
