Ship was o.k. but second part was worst. We waited 50min for bus. Our family couldn't sit together. Delay to BKK 1hr. I would recommend the van = shorter time and more comfortable than bus.

The estimated arrival time changed + 3 hours without any explanation. We had to hire a private car to take us to Bangkok because of this. And still didn’t get refund from the bus tickets.
