The bus ride was very smooth. We had to load in the luggage by ourselves and our seat reservation did not work because two rides were combined in one bus. It was no problem, because there was still enough space to sit next to each other. There was a break after half of the time and we started and ended the ride on time. The seats were very big and comfortable. Nothing to complain.

Maybe add a toilet or have additional toilet stop breaks Also, I reserved a specific seat and expected that seat, but someone was already sitting in it and was told by staff it was "free seating". So why have a reservation?

The bus was 3 hours late. They said that this was because of traffic but I ended up boarding a bus with people whose ticket said different times and it was a double decker bus rather than a single decker. This makes me think they just wanted to combine several buses to save money, and used the traffic as an excuse. Also the staff at the bus station were very rude when I asked when the bus would arrive. The bus was quite comfortable though.
