Booking my trip was easy, but the details about the bus stop were not correct. I dd wait the bus as asked in Khao Lak Bus station, but the bus did not arrive. I did call the 12GO international hotline and then I soon was picked up and I mede it to the bus. Tjis information should be dated! In bus station there was a sign about something only in Thai. I have taken the sama bus from the same location previously without probem. I do not know if the bus was waiting me on the rouad side bus stop, where I had no knowledge to go to, since it did say bus station in the reservation and in the ticket. Phonecall was vital, from WA questionnaire I got delayed answer and starnge emoji answer, when I asked about the arrival of the bus.
