Anke DDer Wagen, der uns am Hotel abgeholt hat, hatte eine Panne. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten war ein Ersatzfahrzeug vor Ort und hat uns weiter gefahren. Sehr professionell und freundlich.
The car that picked us up from the hotel broke down. A replacement vehicle arrived within 10 minutes and took us on our way. Very professional and friendly.

Very online although they do have a reasonable hotline if required ..
Make sure you get it right first time as I made a small error when initially booking at even though I contacted them within 2 minutes to advise the change after receipt of their confirmation, they insisted I pay a rebooking charge… this was a little annoying. They should have a small cooling off period for any slight errors on booking on THEIR portal that I was using for the first time.
