Our driver was unfortunately 1hr 40 mins late which sadly impacted our day. Pick up was booked for 11am. Our driver sent message to say he would not be sble to get to us until 11.30, however it was 12.40 before he arrived. He advised us that rain and traffic were the problem. We have used this company for previous transfers and the drivers had all been on time. He was a lovely guy and drove us safely to our next destination. But we felt we lost part of our day sat waiting unnecesarily. Communicaion via whatsap with the company was excellent and they also reached out to the driver to see what the delay was.
