The ferry is fine. Plenty of seats for everyone. The ride was smooth. The staff is nice. There was a mini bistro onboard to buy snacks and drinks. I didn't have to print my ticket as indicated; I took a chance and went there with only my online ticket and they let me in. I'm only giving 4 stars because we left and arrived about 30 min. late.

Hello, good day! The teller ask me to have this trip refunded since this is a ticket for a person and not for vehicles. I had to buy a ticket for vehicle instead, since I am bringing one. Please note that buying a ticket for vehicles renders the driver free from the fare. Please put an option for vehicles on your ticketing system. Hoping for your positive response. Thank you!
