The only problem i have is that the prices on 12go are always significantly higher, at least by 25%, than the prices i find when going to the place physically. This happens in multiple countries. Very convenient site but not worth the price.

The ferry is fine. Plenty of seats for everyone. The ride was smooth. The staff is nice. There was a mini bistro onboard to buy snacks and drinks. I didn't have to print my ticket as indicated; I took a chance and went there with only my online ticket and they let me in. I'm only giving 4 stars because we left and arrived about 30 min. late.
