The overall experience was OK. The explanation of when and how we get tickets was a little unclear. We had to send a few messages before getting helpful information as to how the ticket system worked since was our first time. Sadly, the experience taught us its better to go directly through Oceanjet to get tickets since 12Go charged waaaay too much for a one way tourist ticket. The seats were pretty close together to maximum company profit rather than passenger comfort. It would nice if the crew took a more organized active approach to loading and unloading passengers - perhaps arranging for a certain amount of passenger rows to leave first and then the next row set and so on... Rather than the chaotic rush through the one door like the ship was sinking! =)
