I had to email twice to find out when our tickets would be with us, the last time was the night prior to our train journey. On arrival at the station we were told there was no train at the time stated on our ticket and the next available train was four hours later. Thus we were sold a ticket for a train that did not exist and we only received a few hours before it was needed.
