Cara Everything about the trip met or exceeded my expectations except for the dinner stop food. Normally the food is pretty okay but this time it was simply not good. One of the meatballs I tried seemed like it was spoiled and I couldn’t eat it for fear of gastro issues.
Anyway, everything else was good. The driver handled the rainy roads very well.

Stephen P12go were great. When I booked the train they were quick to communicate that it had sold out and found tickets on another train instead. Overall the ride was efficient and on time. The issue I had was the train cabin was quite old and the aircon was stuck on cold - this made it uncomfortable in the cabin. Make sure you take lots of layers. The bed was relatively comfy though.
