Chiang Mai Airport to Bangkok Destination Reviews

CC
Trip was great but they wake you up 60 mins before arriving. There is no guidance or map on 12go of the stops so I ended up getting off too early and had to take another train to my destination.

Train was delayed by 2 hours. Very limited on-train provisions.

Freezing. It’s unfortunate because the train was new, smooth and on time.

I didn't know it was an old train before and in the old trains the upper berth is almost just half the size of the bottom one. Didn't really get a shut-eye at all.

from booking the ticket through to boarding the bus was an absolute breeze, nothing was an issue. I found the online process simple and easy to use with everything being self explanatory on the website. I was able to book the timings that I wanted. Yes I could have booked an earlier bus but I wanted to experience the night bus and see for myself what it was like. The bus was comfortable and I was able to sleep well throughout the journey into bangkok. The bus did stop at around 3am for a period of 20 minutes which I felt was enough time for me to stretch my legs and have a quick cigarette. Following the stop i was brought a coffee about an hour before we arrived in Bangkok which I thought was lovely. The staff were lovely and the driver was a great driver

Awaken an hour before arrival is poor practice. Turnaround of train is not my concern.
