The AC runs quite cold when you first board but the beds are warm with blanket and curtains so you understand why. Beds made by 7:30pm. Meals and snacks available for purchase, very clean. Note the lights will not turn off overnight, perhaps bring a mask.

Pros: comfy seats that recline. Affordable way to travel with big luggage. Snacks and refreshments handed out. They give you a blanket. The staff were kind and helpful. Cons: lights on and off a few times. Quite a bumpy ride. They let passengers make phone calls which was terrible on a night bus. No announcements in English. I would use again.

Everything was great but the doors between the seats and the toilets need to automatically shut. Everyone kept leaving them open and I was right next to the toilets, and the smell was awful!

I absolutely loved this experience! Everything clearly laid out and easy to understand. Leave a couple hours to get from old city to train station for the 6pm train because traffic gets so crazy at that time and the usual 13mins trip can take 2 hours to get over the river!
