Elvira The air-conditioning was more comfortable compared to our CEB–CAG trip via the same shipping line, as it was no longer set to full blast. This made the travel more pleasant, especially since I was assigned to the upper deck. However, I observed that during the online booking process, there is no option to indicate a preferred deck or seating arrangement. This may be a concern for passengers who are senior citizens or those who may have difficulty climbing stairs, as they are not given the opportunity to request more accessible accommodations in advance. However, staff were very approachable and accommodating.
