The sea craft is delayed for hours. Operators didn’t let the passengers know the reason why. There’s no compensation made. The delay costs us to pay extra for our hotel’s van services. The craft itself is hot. The air-conditioning isn’t enough to accommodate all passengers. Overall, the ride was torture.

I was expecting a better seat comfort, there were empty sittings on the upper deck but the crew didn't let us move to them , but they just let us stay on a crowded area were some passenger were allowed all the comfort even laying down and occupying few sites, the crew just let them behave disrespectfully and didn't react at all .
