I bought a bus ticket from Bangkok to Koh Phangan. The staff were polite and managed everything very well. The seats could recline, and there was a toilet and blankets provided. There was also Wi-Fi available. Everything went smoothly, and the transfer to the ferry was easy. I arrived in Koh Phangan on time. I will definitely buy from you again.

the bus was very comfy and made lots of stops for the toilet. minibus was also great and the ferry too. the operators were very friendly. there were ants on the bus but other than that great experience!

Overall it was great but the lady in front of me laid back all the way her seat so i did not have any place to move and people did not told us how it was working but we had 2 stops of 30 minutes each which one was about 5 hours after the departure and an other one after an 8 hours. we did 13hours of bus and 2 hours of boat. everything went rlly great and for the price , it was very good. we had blankets provide in the bus and there was a toilet in the bus.

At one point the air conditioning started fuming and there was a horrible burning smell. Nobody told us to get off the bus or communicated what was happening while we were waiting.

Everything was very well organized - starting from booking till the arrival to the destination. Bus was super comfortable and a ferry ride was quite enjoyable too. Will definitely use bus or bus +ferry again - much more fun to travel in Thailand than flying.
