It was a good experience, the temperature was a bit too low in the mini van. I had to wear a jacket. I do think you should also be able to pay in cash, because my creditcard was not coming through at first. A different browser did the trick but otherwise I could not have booked a ticket. That's weird. The driver should be able to understand and speak basic English related to his job. My driver couldn't.
