But actually, a van staff member had already asked everyone individually. The ticket checker and the driver just weren't communicating with each other

It’s not about Tara tour but about the informations on 12Go: I paid more for a bigger bus as on the web information with a luggage compartment. Finally, it was a van and in can find lower price for a van, I’m disappointed.
