Bus left almost an hour late. No one spoke English and staff ingnored us when we tried to speak to them. We also bought the extra ticket for our luggage, but they looked at us strangely and it seemed no one else did that while the information on the ticket shows you should. I feel like either we paid double the price or the other, Thai, passengers paid not enough.

The driver is so terrible and treat customers very poorly I was having trouble opening the door he was watching from driver seat and angrily pushed the door to open it (I don’t know how to open I admit it )and told me angrily to call my friends who haven’t arrived yet even though it’s 20 minute ahead of the schedule
