Jacobus JNice on time departure. Despite my length (2.00m )I expected they would reseat me after take off to a seat with some more legspace (business class was empty) No info from the flightdeck crew when we were holding on the apron after landing.

Emilie CI arrived 2.5 hours late. The bus dropped me off on the other side of Phuket and told me to take a taxi. The first bus was very comfortable, the second was just okay. The drivers were still very friendly.

The staff at the stop over and bus change weren't great, poor instructions and a lot of shouting. Very unorganized and we almost missed the coach.
The bus driver kept stopping to talk to friends meaning we were over 3 hours delayed.

Andrea SWe ended up being 4 hours late to our destination with little communication on timings. The first bus was cramped, very hard to sleep in and we were only given a small bottle of water and a cake at the start which isn’t great for what ended up being a 20 hour journey!
