Journey was on time. The drivers were safe. Communication was a little difficult as we didn’t know where to go and when during the change over. The bus at the back had a very loud and annoying hum the whole journey - headphones did help. The food stop was appreciated but was very noisy the whole time.

Unnecessary chaos. After getting off the large bus, people walked by muttering under their breath. There was no one who spoke English. It was enough for each driver to have a sign with their destination written on it. Then, all they had to do was point to the sign and people would go there. There was no clear explanation after getting off that we were now waiting for each driver. With minimal effort, this could have been much better organized, even without English skills.

Nothing was VIP ... 4 seat/row very narrow, no space for legs, no welcone pack, 1 stop very late for dinner, no coordination. Transfer to a minivan with no space, people trying to sell stuff out of the box ... In relation to average vietjet cost this experience was expensive.
