Didn't give me the van. Let me wait on a bus instead and paid for the bus ticket which arrived a lot later and not at the hotel, but the bus station so I arrived 3 hours later than everybody else and had to pay 200 baht extra for a more uncomfortable seat. If you travel solo avoid this company they asked me are you travelling alone and then did this eventhough beforehand I was seated in the van (also didn't give an explanation as to why, or offer to cover my trip to the hotel which I paid for in my ticket).

He was 2 hours longer. There was no traffic. Had nothing to do with that. He had clearly snuck people on without tickets. Then went all over the place dropping people off. Really uncomfortable seats. Freezing cos other people have the aircon too cold. The toilet on board is disgusting. I do not recommend this bus
