Jessica PThere were three intoxicated foreign passengers in the van who made the entire trip extremely unpleasant. They boarded the van wearing very little clothing and brought alcohol with them to drink during the journey.
Although the driver was informed about their behavior and warned them, no effective action was taken. All of the women on board felt uncomfortable and moved to the front of the van to get away from the intoxicated passengers, who were loud and disruptive throughout the trip.
One of the drunk passengers touched me without my consent. Later, they urinated inside the van. In addition, they were playing loud music and laughing loudly for the entire journey.
This was an unacceptable experience, and it will certainly be the first and last time I book a bus ride with your company.

Jessica SThe bus was on time and clean and comfortable. The driver drove well, but was a bit of a cowboy. I was never sure what he meant and just went by faith that this was the correct bus and my bags would be safe. And I watched Google maps to know when to hop off, because I didn't trust him to communicate that I'd reached my destination. But overall, good vibes.

Nicklas OWhen we arrived to the bus terminal we got information that the departure time had been changed to 2,5 hours ahead from planned departure. Luckily for us we could spend the long waiting time in a nearby mall, and the delayed arrival at our destination luckily did not affect any other further transportation or time-important plans ahead. Beside this, the ride went well.

Kingfish QAt this price, there is ZERO room to complain about. HOWEVER, if you need to use the rest room, do so BEFORE you get on the bus or wait until you arrive at your destination.

Remi EThe bus driver didn't want to listen to what I wanted, I had to go through a passenger who agreed to help me. The driver dropped me off in the middle of nowhere without explanation. Fortunately, the passenger who helped me explained that I had to take another bus to get to my destination. This was annoying and exhausting.

Two minor notes.
The windows on one of the buses had sticky foil, so we couldn't look outside
The reservation of chairs is not really used, not sure, how useful it is.
