No explanation at all about where to find the bus, and even less about where to retrieve our ticket. Bus was in very poor state, so dirty that you would be afraid to touch anything. The "hostess" particularly unfriendly and did not communicate anything to us proactively (about our 2h30 delay, about bus stops approaching, or even about toilet breaks). The bus nearly left with 5 people missing after a ridiculous 3 min break (we understood later that this was a stop for her own benefit, while the bus stopped again 5 min later in a bigger shop held by a friend of hers, much better for stupid tourists to spend their money!)

The bus was comfortable enough. It however arrived around 1 hour later than scheduled. The stop also had no taxi service so I was stuck for 3 hours until a local helped me out. There needs to be better advice for tourist for the drop off location
