Lukas STravelling from Bangkok to Krabi with a 2.5 hour waiting time in Surat Thani because they waited for another bus, and then dropped us off at Krabi Bus Terminal instead of the Krabi Office (as booked).

Sven NThe bus started at Bangkok and everthing was fine. The seats were good.
But suddenly the bus stopped in Surat Thani, in the middle of nowhere. At this point we had to change the bus zu a lot of different vans, because of the differnt destinations. That was also okay. But I still dont unterstand why we had to pay 200 Baht per person extra. That was suspicous.
But all in all it was a good trip.

Olivia CThe service in terms of getting our information, getting to the bus and transferring to our hotel was great however on the bus itself we had issues. Our seats were the third row from the back (two seats together) we firstly had very wobbly seats which we realised was due to a loose screw underneath the seats which could not be tightened. Secondly the outside seat recliner did not work so my friend had to sit upright for the whole journey which was not comfortable or enjoyable for her. The price we paid and the “VIP” standard was not reflected in this service due to the issue with the seats, a recliner seat should be in working condition or stated otherwise.

Ilva FOur Flight was delayed by 20 min. All members of the crew looked very annoyed to even interact with people on board. They all looked upset to be there. Otherwise it was all fine for a short journey.
