Very uncomfortable trip. We left at 1:30 PM and arrived at 5:30 AM. The driver did not slow down at speed bumps, and since I was sitting at the very back, I was literally bouncing off my seat every time — it was painful. The air conditioning barely worked, and it was extremely hot inside the minivan. Stops for gas and toilets are understandable, but the lack of slowing down and poor AC made the journey really unpleasant. If you have a choice, take a big bus instead of a minivan — it’s much more comfortable and you won’t feel every bump.

Bad. Good thing was that we arrived. But the Bus was packed, with very Limited space and very small seats, luggage in between the seats that you Had to climb over them to leave the Bus and worst Thing we're "privat?" Breaks and negotiations of our Driver to Pick Up or Delivery additional packages. He left for 30 minutes in Front of the Bus without any Communication in the Bus

The woman working here can only shout and point. She started shouting at us because we sat in the wrong seat. 8! 9! 8!! 9!! 8!!! 9!!! Very strange experience. The rest of the ride was ok only one hour delay.
