The Vessel was late for an hour with no announcements. The seats don’t recline even though it can be reclined on the business class. Lastly, the room temperature was too cold even the rest of the passengers with us were complaining about it.

No contingency plan for stranded passengers. Staffs talked like they are in their own house very loud without minding elders and other passenger kung sa tagalog para lang nasa banketa nagsisigawan but to be fair the ship is clean and presentable.
