We left one hour late, nobody was there to inform us about anything. The other drivers, when asked, were very unfriendly and of no help at all. I am not upset about the broken tire, that can happen and it was taken care of quickly - still we lost another 1-2 hours and since we had to wait for the next ferry, we arrived 4 hours late on the island.

Went from Ao Nang to Phangan Waited about 1h30 at the meeting point before leaving as all the buses left from the same place so was a bit of a mess but appart from that the driver was good, not too hot or cold in the van and we stopped of a couple of times which was good. Would recommend especially for the price

It's unclear what the check-in process is. There's no check-in desk at the McDonald's in Ao Nang. It was pointless for us to get there half an hour early. The driver was late, and it was unclear which bus we were supposed to get on. It was chaos.
