We travelled from Ao Nang to Koh Phangan with this bus and ferry. There wasn't any ferry which arrives to Phangan 19:30 as every other company offers ride which is at Phangan 20:00 as ferry is scheduled. So we arrived over 30 min later. Another and more dangerous thing was that driver updated some Facebook stories WHILE he drove and he used his phone nearly whole trip and he drove zic-zacly so it felt sometimes dangerous.

Instead of van, a bus came drove very good everything was clear the only thing that was unclear was the pickup until the bus arrived.

On time, drove carefully, adequate stop enroute for toilets and snacks. Gave us ferry tickets upon arrival and told us what time the ferry was and how long the crossing takes when asked. Friendly and helpful driver.

There were so many suitcases and passengers that we didn't have enough room to be comfortable. The seats were in poor condition, and the van had several broken and neglected items, which made me feel unsafe. It's worth adding that the driver was very bad at driving, and I got scared several times. At least he wasn't going too fast.

We were unable to contact the company and no one contacted us before the trip. We really wanted to make sure everything was okay and where we were leaving from. It wasn't clear enough in the guide that there were two McDonald's in Ao Nang and we ended up at the wrong McDonald's by mistake. When we got to the right location, we were left standing in the heat for a long time before they put us in the van. The vehicle was packed with people and equipment and was really, really dirty. There was trash from previous passengers under us and hair on the seats. It was a really unnecessary stop in the middle. We stayed in the car with the kids. We arrived on time

When we got to the pier we were not given our ferry tickets and the people operating the ferry wouldn’t let us on. We had to try to find someone to contact the driver and get him to come back. We almost missed the ferry. It was stressful
