The boat didn’t take me to the Sok San port that was on my ticket. They also didn’t provide transportation to Sok San and I had to pay for an expensive tuktuk to my destination that they should have taken me to.

Chaotic. Boat went off a half hour late and then there was no clear communication. There were two boats, one to Koh rong samloem and Koh rong !the other one just to Koh rong. One lady advised me to take the boat to the right, another man screamed at me in my face (wtf?!) to take the boat to the left. They both went to Koh rong anyways. So it didn't matter, which one I took.
