The bus should have been fuelled up & tyre repair done before pick up of customers. Because of these issues we were an hour behind. Very poor delays. Driver kept slowing down unnecessarily when no vehicles in path of drive.

The vehicle was quite old and wasn't equipped with electrical chargers. We departed 10 minutes after scheduled time in order to wait for two passengers who weren't on time. Also, there were children vomiting during the trip. Overall, it wasn't the most pleasant experience, considering the length of the journey.

We could not have asked for a better experience on the bus. Timings were impeccable with really great communication from the attendant. The stops were at good points in the journey to allow toilet trips and refreshments to be bought. The seats were comfortable, leg room was great and air con worked a treat. We really appreciated the pastry and water at the start of the journey too. Excellent wifi was a big bonus. Throughly recommended this service.
