Our booking for 5people were not on the Cambolink system so we ended up sitting right at the back of the van which was so jumpy and leg spaces were horrible. One of the most uncomfortable seating we've experience.

It was alright although some of the seats were broken so they leant all the way back and couldn't be put back. The bus was also thinking too late. It was advertised as a 7:30 arrival but we arrived a bit after 9.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - was picked up from my hotel to the bus station. Left on time. Free snack (bread), water bottle, and voucher. Had enough time for restroom breaks at stop. The driver is very skilled and the staff is very cheerful and accommodating ; informs us of what we are to expect on the trip (time and itinerary). Bus also has working chair recliners, charging ports and wifi. Would highly recommend! Thank you 12Go & Giant Ibis!

The bus was almost 1h late due to breaks which are too long and at overpriced restaurants from which the driver surely gets a commission. Most travellers were foreigners so not surprising

Driver was driving a bit like a maniac, still took 4 stops during 5:30h drive (not necessary I think, 1-2 would have been fine), leg room was non-existent, plus point: starting station has toilet & power outlets... over all we got to our destination on time and for 10 USD you cant complain at all so would do it again :)

Very comfortable taxi transfer from Siem Reap to Phnom Pen airport. Car was immaculate and arrived promptly. Only negative was that the driver was not English speaking (as in the booking) which made communication during the journey difficult.
