Ok I gave it 3 stars for one reason only- 3 different parties reserved the same seats. This caused some minor problems at the start of the trip and potential conflict. Luckily it was all worked out but one part was not happy the did not get the seats they reserved. I don’t blame them. This has to be fixed. It could lead to bad situations. The van itself was in great condition. The seats offer good leg room and are very comfortable. The van was very clean and the driver safe, courteous and caring about our comfort. He asked if the temperature was ok and made adjustments. When asked he pulled over for a bathroom break. We pulled in right on time.

At the driveway the trip went well, despite an hour delay. but on the way back I was poorly placed on the bus, that is to say I was above the front axle. Any bumps or holes in the road echoed through my seat. So, I got sick. And finally I threw up before the finish. But it's not the driver's fault or the bus's fault. Pierre.

When allocating seats, I hope they allocate seats to people of the same gender. I am a woman, however there was a man sitting next to me, and he was really big. His belly invaded my space. I was terrified.
