Mark PThe booking process and information given was good. The seats on the train are cramped and uncomfortable. Not good for getting any sleep so a sleeper accommodation is important if available, which wasn't to me as already fully booked. Windows were left down and fans in operation so temp was comfortable.Plenty of vendors get on the train so food, snacks and drinks available. Overall for the cost of the ticket it is good value but if you need sleep....not good

Delphine VIt is good to book online transport in Asia but not a lot of possibilities when I look for it.
Too long time to wait in main station on Bangkok after I took minivan from Khao san tara office.

Jukka I tried to buy tickets for two from Bangkok to Nong Khai in a sleeper cabinet but I got two tickets in second class, that's why I will never use your application again. For tomorrow I will buy from Nong Khai ticket office.

May The trip to NongKhai was amazing. The operator gave us loads of food, wonderful! The lounge there at Nongkhonchai Station was great and The seats on the bus were so comfortable with massage function. The air gets cooler as it departed. If only the management team could fix where our head placed, that would be great. The neck was hurt after I slept for an hour. Apart from that, that experience was A star, first class.357032724567E+24; Will take this bus again. Great work!

Sabrina PVery good! Would highly recommend. I slept on the bus better the plane. Comfortable reclining seats with stops for food and the toilet. Blanket, water and snacks included. You also get a 25 baht voucher towards food.
