Kirsten BI called Green Planet hotline the night before our trip to change plans- we decided to not go to the airport but Patong. The woman was very nice and said no problem. The next day we showed up at the pier and our taxi dropped us off by the Green Planet sign. We waited there until we saw the Green Planet boat and a woman from a different company told us where to go to board the boat. Once we got on, a person told us to get back off the boat and check in on the dock. Another man yelled at us on the dock, telling us we needed to check in before we got on the boat. Check in where? He berated me and also didn't know that I had changed our destination when he did get our information. We got stickers that the yelling man told us would give us a taxi to our next destination. When we arrived in Phuket, the taxi driver had no plan for us and we ended up paying our own way.
