Tanja BExcellent service. The organization was perfect, the boat was on time and not too full. Everybody had it's own seat with life jackets in place. The only drawback was the space between the seats, it's much less than in an aircraft, so you are squeezed in with you legs.

Kenneth The boat was not the same as shown when booking the trip. Seats were arranged differently. There were multiple stops underway which was not shown when booking. The boat was delayed and arrived late. The captain reduced the speed of the boat when waves were throwing and pointed out a better spot for a family with a baby. This was very nicely done if him

Marlon WThe transfer was good, but the speedboat was totally overbooked. Both the crew and the passengers couldn't believe how many people were booked for that trip. We were more than 50 people on the boat which it is definitely not made for. The crew did a good job, but due to this amount of passengers and luggage, the trip was delayed by about half an hour. Clearly the fault was by the booking office.
