Reliable and inexpensive service from Giant Ibis as usual. Staff were universally friendly, informative and helpful. Seats on the bus were not as comfortable as those I experienced to and from Kampot (which is a shorter journey) and electrical issues on board meant there was no WiFi, nor could you charge any devices. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the experience overall (and impressed with the care taken when unloading everyone’s luggage at the destination).
