Slow to board due to having to move all the bags into the side storage compartments to get more people on board. Extra passengers were standing and there certainly wasn’t enough life jackets for everyone. Too many on board.

Go straight to the pier and ask anyone at the ticketing booth for help—we almost missed the ferry by just seconds. Once the ferry arrives, you can also double-check with the staff on board to make sure you’re on the correct trip. Very helpful advice if it’s your first time.

There is no meaning of booking a seat as there is no selection when you reach everyone sit where ever they like and even you have some seats pre booked you end up going without a seat. It was late and over crowded and if you get other in less money must prefer that as its the same journey time same mismanagement with less amount.(long pier to Sihanoukville)
