Good organisation and friendly people at Marina ! I accidentally booked my ferry an hour too early. I contacted customer support right away to change my reservation to a later ferry. Unfortunately, 12Go Asia wasn't nearly as accommodating as I'd hoped. That's why I'm giving it only 3 stars.
