The bus trip was globally OK, the bus left 20 min late and also arrived 20 min late. There were hopefully few stops on the way to pick up and drop passengers. But the bus was old, the ride was bumpy and overall it was not pleasant… However, my frustration came earlier when I realised after payment that an (expensive) insurance was included although I did not want to have any. Was it a mistake on my side (I doubt it)? Or was it « pre-clicked » and I should have unclicked it if I had noticed it. That would be tricky… Anyway, I paid too much for this short trip!

The operator was very unclear : they took our voucher and booked us in a first bus... Then without explanation exchange our tickets for a less comfortable and later bus. Then, the driver on-board us in a VIP bus (the bus on the first ticket - despite us showing us the new ticket) and then 20 min later once the bus filled up, hurry us and scream at us to go down to take another bus. We almost lost our belongings/suitcases in this VIP bus. Into the new bus (very old and uncomfortable), our seating selection was not respected and they give us the only 2 seats with no leg room and that couldnt recline. 12 go voucher was unclear about the bus class.
