The Operator was late
One of the staff members was super rude to everyone on board, shouting at us as if we were inconveniencing him by asking questions.
He didn't tell me what seat I was meant to be in and when I found him and asked he looked at me as if I was a complete idiot and then proceeded to get on the bus and punched the seat I was put on.
There was also another couple on our trip that had 2 big rucksacks and 2 small bags which is what is in the luggage allowance, and shouted at them to put their small bags in the luggage storage, when they asked why he just kept shouting "NO" and not giving any reason.
During the trip I texted the hotline on 2 separate occasions, one was to see where the bus was as it was half hour late, the other was to ask if/when we would be having a stop. I still have not received a reply and I've been of the bus for over 12 hours.
There was also another staff member that seemed like he didn't know how to react to the very rude guy. But didn't do anything about this.

Katherine CThe seats were not comfortable, no plug to charge the phones, no meals and the bus broke down and we were changed after 3h to another one that was even worse
