I bought the ticket to go and came back, the company refused to catch me from Flora bay at 10. And told me to ask refound to 12go. I must have bought a new ticket to came back with another operator: PB. The operator driven the boat complaint to drop off us to flora bay and when we arrive in front of it he asked us to move to another boat that bring us to flora bay. No good service at all.

Nice service, although the company arranged for a shared van, instead the private car we paid for. That has been professionally fixed by the company by a partial refund. We appreciated that. Anyway, the driver spent all time at the phone (hands-free) with a loud voice. Not so professional.
