Roberto BHaving a booking reservation with 12go made tickets exchange a breeze. Just follow the arrive 2 hour or more before the scheduled departure to ensure your tickets. Sometimes there are cancelled ferry rides, and the ferries get instantly booked. But evaristo, the ship Co we used, give high regards to 12go.com reservation. Our return ferry ride 10 am was cancelled, and evaristo emailed us the day before our scheduled ride and gave us the option to either take the 6am or 1pm ride. The line at the port was very long, ferry was fully booked. Luckily evaristo honor 12go reservation and provided slots for us. We were there 2 hours before departure. If we came late, our slot will be released to waiting passengera

Loredana NQuick ride, but I was stupid and booked the wrong date as I did not account the overnight ferry which we took from Cebu, hence my ticket was one day earlier. At the desk do one was able to answer my questions.. I had to buy another ticket.. But other than that.. all smooth
