Ielena GIt was perfect, we were a little bit early so they let us took the ferry and the bus before our real departure. You even get free bottle of water excellent driver and services !

Fabiha EI have paid extra money for special treatment, as I have medical condition, I have back and spine problems. There was no assigned seats and I had to seat at the back, the ride was very bumpy which lead to my spine hurt.

Anne CThe boat wasn't there at the time it should. The other boat driver told us, it would come 1 hour later. Unfortunately we had a ticket which included the bus to Bangkok. Our own company Phittinin had no staff at the pier.
The employee of another company was very helpful and organized, that we were able to
use another boat without extra charge. This was very kind, the boat trip was good.Everything else of the trip with the bus of Phittinin worked perfect.

Anechka SFirst our bus was broken so we had to switch buses.
Then we made a very long stop next to a random road with no proper toilet
So this resulted in us being delayed with a hour we were supposed to arrive at 17:00 and we arrived at 18:00
