Lee PI would strongly recommend to anyone to use this service, the driver made many stops for a cigarette break, he made about 4 emergence stops the mini bus broke down and we was stranded on a busy motorway leaving use to drag all our suitcases over the main motorway to safety I then had to pay out for taxis I would love all my money back with compensation

Benjamin At the pier in Koh Samet we were told they would call us when our ferry departs. This was not the case. Our ticket said 15:00, at 14:55 we saw that allot of other people had already stated walking to the front of the pier so we got scared we would miss the ferry and followed them. Lucky we did because when I asked one of the employees he rushed us to the ferry ass if we were late.
I don't know if they would have called us if we hadn't took initiative ourselves, but it certainly didn't feel like it.
Otherwise everything was really great .

Nadene RVery well organised. Arrived at the pier and booked in at the desk. There is a checking desk 1/2 way down the pier who can direct you to the correct departing area. Once arrived, there is a stand with 12Go on it. Show your ticket there and they will direct you to the correct mini van which was waiting for us.
I was apprehensive ahead of the journey, but the transfer was seamless and any apprehension I had quickly disappeared.

Vikki The van was comfortable enough. A stop along the way and a reasonable ticket price for the journey. It would be nice if some tour operators once at the boarding locations explained things a little more instead of having to guess what is happening/ where to go (for first time people travelling solo)
